Judge the action, can’t judge the motive – only God knows the heart

God’s providence, His purpose

Glorify the Father, In Excelsis Deo
Glorify the Son
Magnify the LORD

Confirmation of God’s will, He has gone before us – Alpha and Omega

Devotion – What are we devoted TO?

The Spirit enlightens the Word, the Word is the Son and shows us the Son, The Son shows us the Father

Lost in sin – orphans from God’s family, spiritually dead

Christ comes with a sword, Super Victor!
God is righteousness, the enemy is error

Self-righteousness, self-actualization

Romans 3:4  By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar, as it is written, “That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged.”

Constructed faith, mechanism
Christ’s church as a living organism, sufficiency and is alive and growing

Exclusivity – separation from the world view

Rebellion of will(s)

Receiving Salvation – volitional will, freedom, liberty in Christ

Jesus + nothing

Preaching from God’s perspective heart, best friend relationship, intimacy, reverance

Man does not measure up
Choosing Life or death, moment by moment

Proverb 14:12  There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.

Clarity of faith

Choosing Life and abundant Life

Safety in obedience
